patch 0.4.5 : overheal balancing


Hi all, overheal is way beyond powerful. It is the only meta right now : stacking overheal hp and striking with "Overhealed strike" for insane amount of damage. While it is fun, it can't be the only fun in the game. It is shadowing every other build possible.

Therefore we decided to tune it down a bit to allow other builds to shine more.

The overheal mechanic is now capped at twice your max hp. Of course, enemies' hp were lowered after act 3.
